Job description

SAP MDG AMS Support Engineer

Support a SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) environment by managing support tickets, resolving issues and collaborating with teams.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution in the MDG system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage AMS support tickets related to SAP MDG across Material, Business Partner (Customer & Supplier), and Finance domains.
  • Monitor and address integration failures such as data replication from MDG to S4 or between Ariba and MDG.

    • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience supporting SAP MDG in an AMS or production support role.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, MDG workflows and UI behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business users and technical teams.
