SAP MDG AMS Support Engineer
Support a SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) environment by managing support tickets, resolving issues and collaborating with teams.
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution in the MDG system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage AMS support tickets related to SAP MDG across Material, Business Partner (Customer & Supplier), and Finance domains.Monitor and address integration failures such as data replication from MDG to S4 or between Ariba and MDG.Qualifications :
3+ years of experience supporting SAP MDG in an AMS or production support role.Strong understanding of data governance principles, MDG workflows and UI behavior.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business users and technical teams.
