About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team and drive recruitment efforts for our renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for sector-specific roles and will play a key role in building a high-performing workforce aligned with our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using platforms like

Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

Minimum 1

years of recruitment experience

in the

renewable energy sector

Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, technologies, and skill sets

Proficiency in using job portals and professional networking platforms

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously
