Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant (US client).

Responsibilities :

  • Record and classify transactions in Expensify, Bill.Com, and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable—process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and liability accounts (including payroll).
  • Handle revenue recognition and month-end close, ensuring accurate journal entries and reports.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with key metrics.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance , maintain documentation, and streamline accounting processes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience;

    • audit background a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in QBO ;

    • experience with Bill.Com, Divvy, Ignition, Expensify, and Google Suite preferred.

  • Sholid understanding of revenue recognition and reconciliations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
