Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring high ROI and scalable growth for e-commerce clients in Tamil Nadu. This role demands expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance analytics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ROI-driven performance marketing strategies for e-commerce brands across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Scale campaigns profitably by optimizing CAC, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A / B testing on creatives, landing pages, targeting, and website funnels to maximize conversions.
• Implement remarketing, retention, WhatsApp, and email automation strategies to drive repeat sales.
• Manage budgets effectively across channels to maximize revenue while ensuring profitability.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights, customer behavior analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, content, UI / UX, and development teams to improve campaign and landing page performance.
• Leverage third-party tools (e.g., Zepic, Bik.ai, Klaviyo) and influencer tie-ups for automation, tracking, and growth.
• Lead, train, and monitor a team of performance marketing executives to deliver consistent results.
