Software Testing & Bug Triaging

Manual Testing / Mobile app

Quality Checks & Audits

Technical Issue Resolution

Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite

Experience using JIRA or other ticketing tools

Data analysis using Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

Basic SQL knowledge

Strong command over English reading, writing & comprehension

Good to have Ai

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

Experience in Manual testing

Basic understanding of software testing, QA cycles, and defect management lifecycle.

Proficient knowledge of JIRA (or equivalent ticketing tools) including advanced usage of JQL.

Strong working experience in MS Office / Google Suite.

Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, dashboard creation).

Good communication skills

Team Handling
