Job description8+ years of professional experience in Technical Writing with a focus on data and analytics projects. Strong knowledge of data modelling concepts, semantic models, KPIs, and analytical frameworks. Experience in documenting large-scale data platforms, BI tools, and data-driven projects. Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence and MS Visio, Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer / Documentation expert with strong expertise in Data Documentation, Semantic Models, KPIs, and Frameworks. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on large-scale data projects and Usage of ConfluenceThis role requires an individual who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including data dictionaries, user guides, system documentation, and process flows.
- Document data models, semantic layers, KPIs, metrics definitions, and business frameworks to ensure consistency and clarity across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to capture business and technical requirements accurately.
- Standardize documentation practices for large-scale data projects ensuring quality, accuracy, and reusability.
