Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee all logistical operations supporting our media production workflows.

This role is crucial to ensure that transport services are effectively utilized and managed. The person will be responsible for Managing own fleet of at least 50 cabs as well as vendor hired cabs. The person will ensure the all the cab requirements are fulfilled within given timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute the transportation of production equipment, crew, and assets to various media shoot locations.

2. Ensure timely dispatch, and recovery of logistical resources required for shoots, events, and campaigns.

3. Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Creative, Procurement, Legal) to align logistics with project timelines.

4. Manage logistics partners, fleet vendors, and warehousing service providers to uphold cost efficiency and service quality.

5. Ensure compliance with safety, traffic, and labor regulations, especially during high-pressure projects and live productions.

6. Prepare logistics budgets for each production and monitor actual costs vs. forecasts.

7. Maintain documentation and generate reports on delivery timelines, equipment tracking, and logistical performance.

8. Address last-minute changes, delays, or emergencies with smart, agile problem-solving.

9. Manage transport team and should have experience of handling own fleet of at least 50 cabs.

10. Knowledge of MIS and should have experience in auditing and processing of bills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Media Management, or a related field.

2. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, ideally in media, broadcast, advertising, or events.

3. Strong familiarity with production timelines and sensitivity to creative team needs.

4. Proficiency in logistics planning tools, tracking systems, and MS Office.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.

6. Proven vendor negotiation and team coordination abilities.

7. Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as needed for shoots or live events.

8. Preferred Qualities

9. Experience in broadcast media, digital content, live events, or entertainment logistics.

10. Calm under pressure, with an ability to lead logistics under tight deadlines.

11. Creative mindset for adapting standard logistics to dynamic production environments.
