Technical Director (BESS)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) division . The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, and project execution, along with leadership abilities to guide technical teams and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of BESS projects from concept to commissioning.
• Provide technical leadership on battery chemistries (e.g., Li-ion, LFP, solid-state, flow batteries) , power electronics , and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
• Oversee project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing .
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks .
• Collaborate with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers .
• Develop strategies for O&M (operation & maintenance), performance optimization, and lifecycle management .
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
• Stay ahead of emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain competitive advantage.
