Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and issue show cause notices and warning letters in both Gujarati and English
- Handle core HR administrative tasks including personnel management , housekeeping , and gardening supervision
- Ensure compliance with labour laws , PF , gratuity , and statutory obligations
- Support and manage activities related to legal compliance and documentation
- Coordinate with legal counsel on matters related to labour disputes and regulatory issues
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
- Liaise with government bodies for inspections and legal updates
