Job descriptionManage DG sets, AC and DC power systems, battery backup systems, and HVAC units. Optimize energy consumption and monitor power-related alarms. Validate and maintain energy logs and reports. Support installation and maintenance of antennas and related telecom equipment. Ensure compliance with GSM / CDMA technical standards. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Follow site safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Ensure use of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines. Conduct basic safety training and audits. Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of site activities. Provide support and guidance to junior staff. Assist in site access coordination with landlords. Support resolution of basic site-related customer and landlord issues. Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech). Knowledge of DG sets, AC / DC power management systems, battery backup systems, HVAC, antennas, and basics of GSM / CDMA technology. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in field conditions and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
