Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP with a focus on technical architecture, development, and integration.

Strong hands-on and leadership experience in SAP BTP, CPI / PO, ABAP on HANA, Fiori / UI5, and S / 4HANA technical landscapes.

Proven track record of managing large, complex SAP transformation programs and leading global delivery teams.

Experience in solutioning, presales, and client advisory roles.

Deep understanding of SAP Cloud strategy, integration frameworks, extensibility, and security.

Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience in practice or competency development, including hiring, mentoring, and capability building.

SAP Certifications in BTP, CPI, or ABAP on HANA are preferred.
