Ideabytes - Test Lead - Selenium / Playwright Testing

Required Skills :

• Experienced in manual testing of web and mobile applications, with expertise in Agile sprint delivery, automation scripting experience in Selenium and / or Playwright, experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications and strong skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end delivery management using Description :
• Define and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and standards to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end STLC implementation and exposure to test automation for Web / Mobile applications in Agile environments.
• Expertise in at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, PlayWright, etc.) and integration with CI / CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
• Experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define testing requirements
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring to team
• Manage testing across multiple modules, projects, and environments, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Proficient in JIRA for test management, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
