Talent Acquisition Specialist
GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (GVK EMRI) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process , ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and delivering top talent to meet our business needs, particularly for mid to senior-level positions. This role demands a proactive professional with strong sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team goals, and culture fit.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent using various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, etc.).
- Screen resumes , conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with interview panels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and process transparency.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs through proactive networking and engagement.
- Negotiate offers , finalize compensation details, and facilitate smooth onboarding in coordination with HR Operations.
- Track recruitment metrics and use data to recommend improvements in the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends , talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
