Job Summary :
The HR Executive / Manager is responsible for overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. This role ensures alignment between business goals and HR practices to foster a productive and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection
- Organize and execute onboarding processes and orientation programs for new hires
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and conflict resolutionPromote employee engagement through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and team-building initiativesFoster a positive and inclusive workplace cultureCompliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.)Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRMISDraft, revise, and enforce HR policies and proceduresPerformance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and feedback sessionsAssist department heads in setting KPIs and tracking employee performanceDevelop training plans based on performance reviews and skill gapsPayroll & Compensation
Collaborate with the finance department for accurate and timely payroll processingTrack attendance, leaves, overtime, and related HR metricsAssist in salary benchmarking and structuringTraining & Development
Identify training needs across departmentsCoordinate internal and external training programsMonitor training effectiveness and maintain training recordsRequired Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)Experience : 2–3 years in a similar HR role (experience in manufacturing / trading / export sector is an advantage)Languages : Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred for regional communication)Software Skills : MS Office, HRMIS systems, Payroll softwareKey Competencies :
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstanding of labour laws and statutory requirementsProblem-solving and conflict management abilitiesDiscretion in handling confidential informationOrganizational and time-management skillsAdditional Notes :
Knowledge of ESIC, PF, Bonus, and Gratuity Acts is essentialWillingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentWorking from Office, 6 Days Week & Saturday up to 04.00 clock
