Amadora Ice Cream is a fast-growing, premium QSR ice cream brand known for warm service, high-quality products, and beautifully run stores. As we expand across Chennai, we’re looking for a Multi Store Manager who can lead multiple outlets, build strong teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences—every single day.
The Role
As a Multi Store Manager, you will own end-to-end performance of multiple Amadora outlets in Chennai. You’ll be responsible for people, products, processes, and profits across stores, working closely with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Leadership. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail / QSR environments and loves building teams on the ground.
What You’ll DoBusiness & Store Performance
- Oversee daily operations of 3–6 outlets (based on cluster size).
- Drive sales growth, footfall, conversion, and ticket size across stores.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards in service, hygiene, product quality, and visual merchandising .
- Analyze store KPIs and close gaps through actionable plans.
- Own P&L levers : wastage control, manpower productivity, and store-level costs.
Team Leadership & People Development
Hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing store teams.Conduct regular store visits to lead from the floor and build culture.Ensure shift planning, roster discipline, and productivity targets.Create a strong bench of Shift Leads and Store Managers .Handle escalations and performance issues proactively and fairly.Customer Experience
Ensure every customer gets a delightful Amadora experience.Manage customer feedback loops and resolve escalations quickly.Build local store reputation through active engagement and consistency.Operations & Compliance
Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI, safety, hygiene, and audit standards .Monitor SOP adherence across stores (opening / closing, storage, batching, cash handling, etc.).Coordinate with central teams for smooth inventory, dispatch, and replenishment .Maintain accurate reporting and store documentation.What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of experience in QSR / food retail / hospitality / café chains, with multi-store or cluster management exposure .Proven track record of managing store KPIs, team performance, and customer experience at scale.Strong on-the-ground leadership—comfortable being present across outlets daily.Excellent people management skills; able to motivate and develop frontline teams.Solid understanding of store profitability, wastage, and cost control.Comfortable with reporting, Excel / Sheets, and performance dashboards.Strong communication skills (Tamil + English preferred).High ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-growth environment.Nice to Have
Experience in premium QSR brands or dessert / ice cream formats.Exposure to new store launches and scaling operations quickly.Strong local market understanding of Chennai trade areas.Location & Work Setup
