Job Description — Key Responsibilities

Data Mining : Research and compile information from various sources, including web scraping, to build and maintain accurate, up-to-date client databases.

Data Management : Verify, clean, and structure collected data to ensure its quality and completeness for effective outreach campaigns.

Outreach : Initiate contact with potential leads through phone calls, email, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.

Lead Generation : Present company services or products to prospects and identify sales opportunities.

Communication & Follow-Up : Maintain consistent communication with prospects, schedule follow-up meetings, and record all interactions accurately in a CRM or lead tracking tool.

Reporting : Track progress and provide regular updates on daily activities and campaign performance to the team lead or manager.

Team Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to support their efforts in converting leads into clients.

Learning & Strategy : Gain knowledge about company services and contribute ideas for improving outreach strategies.

Skills & Requirements

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective outreach.

Data Accuracy : Strong attention to detail is required for managing and updating databases.

Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with web scraping or data mining tools are often required.
