Manager - Project Coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning : Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordination : Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Communication : Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Progress Tracking : Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

Experience : 15+ years out of which minimum 7 years Proven experience in project coordination, in the hydro electrical projects

Skills :

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with project management tools and software .
