• Troubleshoot user-reported issues across applications and SQL data sources.

• Diagnose and resolve data integrity and ingestion problems.

• Implement short-term fixes with rollback plans for safety.

• Optimize stored procedures for stable data transformations.

• Update C# ingestion code to improve pipeline reliability.

• Design and maintain ETL workflows for curated data layers.

• Enforce data validation and monitoring standards.

• Document data lineage and operational playbooks.

• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to resolve issues quickly.

• Communicate incident status and improvements to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 9–12 years of programming experience with strong CS fundamentals.

• Expert SQL and performance tuning.

• Proficiency in stored procedures and safe operational updates.

• Hands-on C# experience for ingestion pipelines.

• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
