Job description5+ years in software engineering. Proficiency in Git, Docker, and software pipelines. Experience in LLM research / evaluation or building developer tools. Fully remote and flexible hours. Work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM companies.
Sr. Software Engineer – Rust (LLM Evaluation & Repository Validation)
Location : Remote
Contract : 3 months (extendable)
Commitment : 20-40 hrs / week (4 hrs overlap with PST)
About the Role :
We’re looking for a Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to help improve AI models through LLM evaluation and repository validation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze GitHub issues and set up code repositories (Docker).
- Evaluate unit test coverage and improve LLM performance.
- Lead junior engineers.
