Job Summary :

Role focuses on driving growth for Wires, MCB, Switches within the Jagdalpur region through strong channel sales strategies and distributor relationships. It demands hands-on experience in channel sales, market knowledge of Pathalgaon, and fluency in Hindi and English, along with the ability to lead, strategize, and address customer service need.

Job Description :

  • Drive sales growth for Wires, MCB, Switches within the Jagdalpur region.
  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors and dealers to strengthen the distribution network.
  • Achieve targets by increasing both primary and secondary sales in the territory.
  • Focus on effective dealer network management to maximize market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including sales, pricing, products, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to address sales shortfalls and drive growth.
  • Oversee territory-specific branding and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction within the territory.
  • Guide, motivate, and improve the communication skills of the distributor sales team to optimize performance.

Qualifications :

  • Relevant graduation degree / Diploma (3 yr)
  • 3-10 years' quota carrying sales experience.
  • Channel sales experience in any Electrical products like Wire, Cable, Switches, Switchgear, and Lighting.
  • Should have good knowledge of product market in Jagdalpur Market.
