🌟 Full-Stack Engineer (C#, Mongo DB, Supabase, CSS, Tailwind, AI & No-Code)

📍 Location : Fully Remote

💰 Compensation : Competitive salary (₹4–8 LPA)

🔹 About the Role

We’re looking for a pragmatic, product-focused Full-Stack Engineer who thrives on owning features end-to-end. You’ll work across backend services, databases, cloud infrastructure, front-end UIs, mobile apps, AI / no-code tools, and third-party integrations.

You’ll join a small, fast-moving team that values reliability, thoughtful design, and developer craftsmanship.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# (.NET Core) and Python
  • Architect and operate data stores ( MongoDB, Supabase ) with scalable and efficient schema designs
  • Deploy, monitor, and secure services on AWS
  • Build responsive, polished front-end interfaces with Tailwind CSS and modern JS frameworks
  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native or Flutter, including native modules
  • Prototype, iterate, and ship features using AI-assisted or no-code / low-code platforms
  • Integrate external services and payment gateways ( Flutterwave, Stripe ) with robust error handling
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines , automated testing, metrics, tracing, and alerts
  • Participate in architecture discussions , code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality releases

✅ Must-Have (Required)

  • 3+ years building production backend systems
  • Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Core and Python (service design, async processing, REST / GraphQL APIs)
  • Practical experience with MongoDB and working knowledge of Supabase (auth, Postgres)
  • Hands-on experience deploying and operating services on AWS
  • Front-end experience using Tailwind CSS and modern HTML / CSS practices
  • Mobile app development with React Native or Flutter
  • Experience using no-code / low-code / AI tools (Lovable, Bubble, Draftbit, or similar)
  • Comfortable integrating third-party APIs (payment processors, identity providers, analytics)
  • Solid foundation in testing, CI / CD, observability, security best practices
  • Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional teams

    • 🌟 Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

  • Experience with conversational or generative AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Prior work connecting Supabase auth / Postgres to serverless / backends in production
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS / Kubernetes)
  • Experience with message queues / background job systems (SQS, RabbitMQ, Celery, Hangfire)
  • Previous startup or product-led engineering experience
  • Knowledge of payment flows and compliance (PCI considerations)
  • Contributions to open-source projects , published apps, or a strong portfolio
