Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement sophisticated IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance, tailored to diverse US and EMEA client environments.
- Lead strategic IAM assessments, roadmap development, and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.
- Oversee configuration, deployment, and integration of IAM platforms such as Entra ID, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, and other leading technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development to achieve seamless IAM integration and operational excellence.
- Support pre-sales initiatives by engaging with prospective clients, contributing to solution architecture, and delivering technical presentations and proposals.
- Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IAM systems, driving continuous improvement in security operations.
- Stay current with global best practices, emerging IAM technologies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the US and EMEA markets.
