About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Automation QA Engineer with expertise in AI-driven testing to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using AI / ML-powered tools such as Testim, Mabl and Applitools.
- Implement self-healing test scripts to reduce maintenance efforts.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps and product teams to ensure continuous testing in CI / CD pipelines.
- Analyze large test execution data sets to identify trends, flakiness and performance bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement predictive analytics to optimize test coverage.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on test automation best practices and AI-driven testing methodologies.
