Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with 7 to 16 years of solid experience in end-to-end SAP PP implementations . The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP PP solutions aligned with business requirements in manufacturing and production domains.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP PP implementations and rollouts.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.

Design and configure core SAP PP modules : Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Work Centers, Routing, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Demand Management.

Integrate SAP PP with modules like SAP MM, SD, QM, and PM.

Develop functional specifications for custom reports and interfaces.

Manage data migration, system testing, and user training.

Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Prepare documentation for processes, configuration, and end-user manuals.

Key Skills and Qualifications

7 to 15 years of experience in SAP PP with minimum 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations.

Strong expertise in Production Planning processes : Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control.

Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, QM, and PM modules.

Experience in SAP S / 4HANA PP module is preferred.

Hands-on knowledge of production orders, repetitive manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, and process industries.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.

Knowledge of SAP PP reporting and SAP PP interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP PP Certification (preferred)

Experience in manufacturing or discrete industries.

Experience with S / 4HANA migration or implementation projects.

Exposure to SAP APO or SAP SCM is a plus.
