Job Responsibilities : Incumbent will be responsible for entire Payroll Management of InterGlobe group units under payroll head, which include timely payroll processing through outsourced partner, disbursements and to ensure timely payroll compliances. Candidate should be analytical and methodical, with experience in payroll administration and deep knowledge of payroll regulations & income tax compliances. Key Responsibility Run / manage end-to-end payroll process including flexi reimbursement through outsourced vendor. Collection of various payroll inputs from respective stakeholders and scrutiny of it Calculations of full & final settlements Coordinate with HR Team, employees, and payroll partners Income Tax Compliances on Salaries (TDS
