Key Responsibilities :
HRSD / CSM / ITSM / ITOM / WSD / LSD - Any one Module Mandatory
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required or in progress.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other module certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).Experience with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.Exposure to DevOps pipelines , ATF (Automated Test Framework) , or Performance Analytics is a plusDesign, develop, and configure custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM , or other modules as required.Develop and maintain catalog items, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and workflows .Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub .Perform platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and best practices across the ServiceNow platform.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
