Role Description

Develop accurate 3D models and detailed shop drawings using Tekla Structures.

Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure precise execution of design intent.

Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce comprehensive steel detailing outputs.

Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (AISC, OSHA, NAAAM, IBC, AWS).

Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all deliverables.

Participate in project coordination meetings and contribute to problem-solving during design and detailing phases.

Qualifications

• Skills in Shop Drawings, Steel Detailing, and Steel Structures
• Knowledge of Architectural Drawings and their application in steel detailing
• Proficiency in Tekla software and other relevant detailing tools is highly desirable
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in steel detailing
• A degree or diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering is an advantage
• Familiarity with AISC, OSHA, AWS, and NISD standards will be highly preferred
