Welcome to the forefront of space innovation with Skyroot Aerospace!Purpose of role : Skilled Network Administrator to oversee our computer networks, ensuring the highest levels of network security and optimal performance.Responsibilities : Design, implement, and manage networks with a focus on security and efficiency.Regularly monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure reliability and availability.Implement and maintain security measures and protocols to protect the network against threats.Work closely with the Security Operations Center (SoC) to detect, analyze, and respond to network security incidents.Stay updated with the latest network security trends, tools, and best practices.Conduct regular network audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with IT team to optimize network performance and security.Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware.Provide technical support and training to staff on network usage and security best practices.Skills required : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.0-2 years' experience in network administration, with a strong emphasis on network security.Hands-on experience with network security protocols, SoC operations, and threat mitigation strategies.Proficient in managing firewall technologies, intrusion detection / prevention systems, and other network security devices.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.Good analytical and communication skills.Desirable Skills : Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or similar.Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, etc.Benefits : We provide seamless transportation, nourishing meals and elevated well-being – Because everyone deserves a smooth ride to success!Note : We welcome women with career gaps and applicants from non-aerospace or defence sectors who can bring valuable skills and experiences to our team.
