Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Access Governance Business Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, with a specific focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and governance. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to support the design and implementation of robust access governance solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Elicit, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements for access governance and IAM projects. This includes understanding business needs, translating them into detailed technical requirements, and creating user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • IAM Expertise : Leverage your 2-3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to provide expert guidance on best practices for user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Impact and Gap Analysis : Conduct thorough Impact and Gap Analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and processes, and identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
  • Stakeholder Management : Effectively manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, security professionals, and end-users, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication : Utilize your strong communication skills to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating understanding and consensus.
  • Project Support : Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure the implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and support the overall project goals.

Required Expertise :

  • Business Analysis : 7-8 years of hands-on experience in the Business Analysis domain, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • IAM Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience with IAM concepts, processes, and technologies.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficiency in conducting Impact and Gap Analysis and translating complex business problems into clear requirements.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Stakeholder Management : Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
