Role Description

Are you a people person with a passion for experiences, events, and building strong local partnerships Xccesso — the flexible experiences marketplace — is launching in Indore, India , and we're looking for our first local hire! We need a driven, street-smart, and charismatic Business Development Specialist to lead vendor acquisition and partnerships.

• ???? What You'll Do
• Identify and reach out to local experience providers (gyms, yoga studios, cooking classes, wellness centers, workshops, events, etc.)
• Pitch Xccesso's unique benefits — including AI-powered tools, centralized reporting, and new revenue opportunities
• Get vendors excited and signed up on our platform
• Support vendors in onboarding and creating compelling listings (with help from our tech team)
• Report weekly progress, insights, and local trends to the India growth team

• Based in Indore (or nearby), with strong knowledge of the local market and vendor ecosystem
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or field marketing
• Excellent communication skills — persuasive, confident, and professional
• Self-starter who thrives in autonomous roles and loves hitting targets
• Passion for startups, local experiences, and building community connections
