Job descriptionHolds the highest level of operational responsibility within the gym. All team members in the club will be directly answerable to the manager . Responsible for overseeing all purchase-related activities required for club operations. Authorized to make minor financial decisions for day-to-day management. Can engage in sales activities and will be incentivized based on performance. Ensures the staff performs efficiently , maintains discipline, and delivers high-quality service. Manages the staff roster and shift timings to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency. Expected to work flexible hours , typically around 9 hours per day . Accountable for meeting the overall targets of the club , including sales and service standards. Oversees and manages the club's software systems for operational and reporting purposes. Responsible for public relations , client follow-ups , and lead conversion . Leads the pre-sales phase of the club including marketing activities such as flyers, inserts, and outdoor promotions .
