Cost Estimation Specialist

This role involves accurate cost estimation for Controls, HVAC, DDC, and PLC systems. It requires coordination with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure estimates align with technical documentation and execution feasibility.

• Evaluate project specifications and scope of work to understand client needs.
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to determine suitable solutions for integrating control systems.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates using industry knowledge and software tools.
• Cross-functional coordination with Design, Procurement, and Production teams.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in automation or HVAC-related estimation.

They should have strong skills in cost estimation, document formatting, proposal drafting, RFQ analysis, process improvement, and technical coordination.
