We’re looking for an Inside Sales Associate who enjoys conversations, builds relationships with ease, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll be at the forefront of customer experience and retention — calling, connecting, and ensuring every BLEP parent and pet has a smooth, happy journey.

You’ll handle :

Talking to pet parents daily — understanding needs, explaining BLEP’s benefits, and helping them choose the right plan.

Following up with leads and customers to drive conversions and repeat orders.

Updating call data and insights in CRM / Sheets.

Coordinating with operations & marketing for a seamless experience.

What We’re Looking For Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
