(Urgent) Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, IT, project managers) to collect and document business requirements for new products, processes, or system enhancements. Preferably for New business, Bank / Partner Integration, and customer onboarding processes.
• Conduct discussions with user department to elicit detailed requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation (user stories, use cases, process flows)
• Conducts Meetings with IT to explain the requirements to technical team and resolve all their dependencies.
