Role Description

This is a full time role for a Senior Interior Designer. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing space planning solutions, developing and presenting design concepts, creating and managing construction drawings, and overseeing the selection and specification of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). Coordination with stakeholders and adherence to project timelines are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning, Interior Design and 3D developemnt
• Proficiency in Architecture and generating Construction Drawings
• Knowledge and experience in FF&E selection and specification
• Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in Design development, 3 D max, auto cad, Sketch up, Photoshop and management is a Must have qualification.
