The company was founded by alumni of ISB Hyderabad, BITS Pilani, and IISc Bangalore , along with entrepreneurs and early-stage members from AB InBev, Analog Devices, Broadcom, and Yulu .

The Role

We’re looking for a Support & Diagnosis Engineer to be the brain of our post-sales support . You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for diagnosing issues, guiding users, scheduling services, and ensuring their Nosh robo-chef runs flawlessly.

This is not just a support role, you’ll own issues end-to-end, build trust with customers, and feed insights directly into our product roadmap , shaping the future of Nosh. Proper training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Be the primary technical contact for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and software.
• Coordinate and schedule service visits where needed.
• Take full ownership of support cases from report to closure.
• Capture recurring problems and influence product / engineering improvements.
• Document solutions and contribute to customer-friendly guides.
