Roles & Responsibilities

• FTTx Network Design  – Plan and design Fiber-to-the-X (FTTx) networks, covering both aerial and underground deployments.
• Pole Loading Analysis (PLA)  – Perform structural analysis of poles using industry-standard tools to determine feasibility for new attachments.
• Make-Ready Engineering (MRE)  – Apply MRE standards to ensure compliance with safety and utility regulations.
• Network Documentation  – Develop fiber layouts, splice plans, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using GIS and CAD applications.
• Construction & Permit Drawings  – Prepare detailed drawings and documentation in line with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Route Optimization  – Analyze and optimize network routes for cost-effectiveness, accessibility, and scalability.
