Experienced HCL Portal Developer (Immediate Start) (Remote)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCL Portal Developer to join our team for a long-term offshore project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based application development and a proven track record of working with WebSphere and HCL technologies. This is a crucial role for a developer who can contribute immediately to our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain Java / J2EE-based applications with advanced features.

Work with WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere / HCL Portal environments.

Implement and manage WebSphere / HCL Web Content Management (WCM) solutions.

Develop and integrate robust REST APIs to support business functionality.

Utilize Spring and Spring Boot frameworks to build efficient and scalable applications.

Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.

Engage in the full software development lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.

Proven expertise in

Java / J2EE

and object-oriented design.

Demonstrated experience with

Spring and Spring Boot

frameworks.

Strong proficiency in building and consuming

REST APIs .

Mandatory experience with :

WebSphere Application Server

WebSphere / HCL Portal

WebSphere / HCL Web Content Management (WCM)

Solid understanding of relational database systems and excellent

SQL

skills.

Engagement :

1-year contract (with possibility of extension)
