Job summary : The Senior Human Resource Manager will be responsible for leading human capital strategy, talent management, compliance, and organizational development across the company. The role involves workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and close coordination with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Mandatory experience in the real estate industry
• Proven experience in a Senior HR Manager / HR Leadership role
• Strong expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Advanced knowledge of strategic sourcing methods and employer branding
• Sound understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong judgement, discretion, and decision-making abilities
