About the Role :

Depending on experience, the role spans from hands-on GPU development to leading architecture exploration and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities :
GPU Compiler DevelopmentDesign, implement, and optimize GPU compilers for performance and scalability.Enhance compilation pipelines for advanced parallel programming support.GPU & Architectural Modeling :
Develop cycle-accurate models and architectural simulations in C / C++.Analyze GPU designs for power efficiency, performance, and scalability.Contribute to design-space exploration for future GPU architectures.Software Engineering & Performance :
Apply software design patterns and best practices for scalable development.Perform performance analysis and debug across compiler, architecture, and application layers.Collaboration & Leadership (for senior levels) :
Work with hardware architects, compiler engineers, and performance teams.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.Required Qualifications :
5-15 years of experience in GPU development, compilers, or architectural modeling.Strong proficiency in C / C++ with solid hands-on coding experience.Expertise in GPU compilers and / or GPU modeling.Strong understanding of computer architecture, parallel computing, and optimization.Knowledge of software design patterns and robust software engineering practices.Experience debugging complex hardware / software interactions.Preferred Skills :
Exposure to LLVM or other compiler frameworks.Experience with simulation environments or architectural exploration tools.Familiarity with CUDA, OpenCL, or HIP.Understanding of machine learning workloads on GPUs.Prior experience in semiconductor or HPC environments.What We Offer :
