Service Sales Representative

Qualification:

• Diploma/BE in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Instrumentation or B.Sc. (Science)

Experience: must have 2 yrs. of experience in the similar industry

• like Elevator, Excalavator, Excavator, Lift, Parking system etc

Work location: Bangalore

Job scope:

• We are looking a person who will take care Service Marketing Sales activities efficiently.
• The candidates should have experience in Service Marketing / Service Product Sales marketing and have to bring orders from customers for the companys service products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning of potential after sales business
• Must contact all the clients and potential customers to discuss service products would meet their requirements
• Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their locations to persuade them to buy a product or subscribe to any service
• Responsible for Annual Maintenance contract selling
• Gaining back the lost business.
• Coordination with service team for required sales activity if any.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Converting customers from warranty to AMC and retain them
• Selling spares to customers not in contract
• Creating value added solutions for old systems by way revamp and retrofit
• Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Service Engineer
• Create, update, and maintain asset related documents trackers.
• Maintaining effective and timely communication with engineers, obtaining regular progress updates for outstanding Job/project

Skills required:

• Should have excellent and proven presentation and communication skills.
• Should have sound technical knowledge of Company's Product
• should be able to work against targets
• Require excellent customer service skills to deal with any customer concerns or complaints
• Must be comfortable with traveling
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
