Job descriptionEnthusiasm for software development and a strong desire to learn. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails programming language. Familiarity with software development concepts, including databases, APIs, and server-side logic. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. B.Tech with 1+ years of experience (full time / internship)
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, implement, and maintain software systems and applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Ruby on Rails.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve software defects and issues. Work on development tasks, including database interactions, server-side logic, and API development.
- Actively engage in team meetings and contribute to technical discussions and problem- solving.
