Role Overview

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram) with 1–2 years of hands-on experience. This is a part-time, fully remote role that requires just a couple of hours a day, perfect for someone who wants steady work and enjoys performance-driven digital marketing.

You’ll be responsible for creating, launching, monitoring, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to generate leads for our WaaS offering.

Key Responsibilities

Create and launch Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Write compelling ad copy and choose relevant creatives
Audience research, interest targeting, and basic funnel setup
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lower CPL
A / B testing creatives, headlines, and audiences
Prepare weekly performance reports
Maintain ad account hygiene
Collaborate with our internal team on landing pages & lead flow
Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and policy changes

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manage

rProven experience running lead-gen campaigns in Indi

aUnderstanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPL optimizatio

nAbility to create simple creatives or guide our design tea

mStrong analytical mindset with willingness to experimen

tGood communication skill

sOwn laptop + stable interne

tAbility to commit 2–3 hours / day consistentl

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience with Canva or basic creative tool

sExperience working with agencies or D2C / local businesse
