What you’ll do?

Creative Vision & Strategy : Define the visual direction for campaigns and projects to align with business goals and brand identity.

Hands-on Design : Develop and deliver high-quality creative outputs including key visuals, graphics, motion content, and other marketing collaterals.

Concept Development : Translate ideas into strong creative concepts across digital, social, and offline platforms.

Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Quality & Consistency : Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity.

Trend Spotting : Stay updated with global design and motion trends, and apply them to elevate our creative work.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.

Experience : 3-4 years in creative roles, preferably within e-commerce, advertising, or digital-first brands.

Hands-On Expertise : Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AfterEffects, and familiarity with AI design tools.

Motion Graphics Advantage : Candidates with motion graphics / animation skills will be given preference.

Collaboration : Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic environment.
