Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Senior RPA Developer

located in Ahmedabad. The Senior RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic processes automation solutions. The day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining efficient RPA code, troubleshooting automated processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Additionally, the Senior RPA Developer will mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using platforms of Automation Anywhere
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design, and business process management
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
• Experience with ERP / CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in AI and machine learning applications is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
