At Ilama Creatives, we don’t sell videos, logos, or ads - we sell ideas that solve business problems.

We’re looking for a Sales Closer - someone who can translate creativity into revenue.

You’ll be leading new business development for our branding, marketing, and video verticals in Kochi.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pitch brands that need smarter storytelling.
  • Build relationships that turn into long-term retainers.
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams.
  • Hit a 3 Lakh monthly target with 4 new clients per month.

What You’ll Get

  • ₹45K base salary + 10% commission on all sales above target.

    • Who You Are

  • 2–5 years in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Fluent in English & Malayalam.
  • You understand brands, not just numbers.
  • You don’t need leads - you create them.
