Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering customized investment solutions. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for financial advisory, and the drive to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and explain financial products (Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, etc.) to clients in a clear and compliant manner.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Educate clients on financial planning and guide them in making informed investment decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and follow-up on leads.
Requirements
Graduate degree (Finance / Commerce preferred, but not mandatory).Prior experience in sales / financial services preferred but freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to explain financial concepts in simple terms.Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.Knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, and financial products will be an added advantage.What We Offer
