Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across multiple functions and help build high-performing teams.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to offer closure. This role requires

strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.
  • Track hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).
  • Drive candidate engagement to ensure smooth experience.
  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B. Com, MBA HR preferred).
  • 1–2 years of recruitment / HR experience, preferably in startups / EdTech / consumer tech.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with speed and ownership in a high-growth environment.
