Job Description :

Title : Logistics Executive

Location : Uppal, Hyderabad.

Job Type : Full time.

This role is critical for coordinating the movement of goods within India and for exports,

optimizing logistics costs, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders

to ensure seamless operations. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, cost-

effectiveness, and proper documentation across all logistics activities.”

Educational Qualifications :

Any Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in handling domestic and export shipments.

Required Skills :

1. Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external teams.

2. Good understanding of logistics operations, transport networks, Indian Customs

and cost management.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel (or similar tools) for tracking logistics schedules and cost

data.

4. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

5. Ability to work independently and handle day-to-day logistics challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate the movement of goods across India, ensuring timely, cost-effective

deliveries.

2. Collaborate with the Purchase team, Warehouse staff, and Transporters for

smooth execution of logistics processes.

3. Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

4. Co-ordinate with CHA’s and Freight Forwarding Agent, for smooth customs

clearance and timely handover of the containers at Ports and ICD’s.

5. Plan logistics activities to ensure minimum cost while maintaining high service

levels.

6. Keep accurate records of all domestic logistics costs and assist in budgeting and

cost management.
