Office Assistant
To perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide courteous support to management, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other documentation.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with data entry, documentation.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and pantry items, place orders as required.
- Welcome and assist visitors; arrange and serve refreshments for guests and meetings.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the office environment.
- Liaise with all local authorities for registrations, licenses etc..
- Arrange delivery and collection of documents from and to various vendors.
- Arrange repairs and maintenance of office as per the requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications :
Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Polite, professional, and service-oriented attitude.Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamOwn a two-wheelerHigher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
