Job description

Office Assistant

To perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide courteous support to management, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with data entry, documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and pantry items, place orders as required.
  • Welcome and assist visitors; arrange and serve refreshments for guests and meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the office environment.
  • Liaise with all local authorities for registrations, licenses etc..
  • Arrange delivery and collection of documents from and to various vendors.
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance of office as per the requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polite, professional, and service-oriented attitude.Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own a two-wheeler
  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
